Mission

The mission of the
Chambersburg Area Senior High School Counseling Department is to:
  • provide students with developmentally appropriate services through individual and group activities;
  • work in partnership with families, school staff and the community to assist students in reaching their academic, personal, social, and career potential.

Additionally, your school counselors are frequently involved in addressing some very serious and complex issues concerning child neglect, physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, mental health issues and substance abuse.
