Go to https://www.cemetech.net/projects/jstified/

Click I Agree to the terms.

Under Upload Programs/Files to Calculator, click Choose File and select the rom file you downloaded.

Turn on the calculator!

TI-84 For Other Laptops and Android Phones

Download the ti84plus.rom or ti84se.rom from https://tiroms.weebly.com/ and save it in a folder

Go to http://wabbitemu.org/ and download the Wabbitemu app.

When you open the app, choose the ROM file you downloaded
