Meet our Athletic Trainers

ASHLEY IPPOLITO MS, ATC, LAT, EMT-B

HEAD ATHLETIC TRAINER

Ashley is currently in her 5th year as a Certified Athletic Trainer.  Ashley was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Waldorf, MD.  She graduated from Lynchburg College with a BS in Athletic Training. Upon graduation Ashley started her career at the high school level. She continued her education and earned a MS in Health Promotion and Exercise Science: Sports Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania.  Ashley has held the following positions:

  • 2013-2015-  Head Athletic Trainer at Brunswick High School, Brunswick, MD and Pivot Physical Therapy, Frederick, MD
  • 2015-present Athletic Trainer with FC Frederick PRO/NPSL with Frederick Sport and Spine.
  • 2015-2016-  Head Athletic Trainer at South River High School and ATI Physical Therapy, Edgewater, MD 
  • 2016- Athletic Trainer with Mount St. Mary’s Men’s Club Rugby
  • 2016-2017-  Assistant Athletic Trainer at Chambersburg Area Senior High School and Drayer Physical Therapy, Chambersburg, PA.
  • 2017-present: Head Athletic Trainer CASHS with Summit Physicians Services and Summit Health
